Job description

C. Cretors and Company, based in Wood Dale, IL is offering an entry level position for a Customer Service Coordinator. C.

Cretors and Company has been in business since 1885 and is world-known manufacturer of equipment for the snack food industry. The position reports to company Vice President. MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES: Coordinate sales effort using CRM (Salesforce).

Assist Sales Engineers in creating and issuing proposals. Assist in marketing efforts (website, preparation for tradeshows, etc.) Provide administrative support EDUCATION: Associates degree or higher preferred. Consideration will be given to current students working towards a degree (part-time)

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred. TECHINCAL/COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficient written skills. Customary, standard computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.) Ability to learn new programs, processes and systems on the job via co-worker coaching

Time on the job will be allowed to learn Salesforce. PERSONAL QUALITIES/TRAITS: A person of integrity, high-energy, pleasant personality, ability to work without supervision, willingness to be flexible and broad-minded in interpreting applicable job description. Must be a good communicator in both writing and speaking.

Should possess a thirst for efficiency. PAY: Pay range is $18 per hour plus benefits. 40 hours per week plus occasional overtime.
