Position Summary
Studentswith work-study awards are encouraged to apply, but work-study is not arequirement for this position. This role is ideal for students interested ingaining hands-on experience in enterprise software systems and CRM technology.The IT Applications Salesforce Team supports high-impact projects related toStudent Success, Recruitment and Admissions, and Program Management across theUniversity of New Mexico.
As a Student Support, you will work with experienced Salesforce administratorsand developers to gain exposure to CRM tools, support the creation andmaintenance of reports and dashboards, assist with requests, and contribute todocumentation and testing for new functionality. The ideal candidate isdependable, detail-oriented, and interested in learning how modern ITapplications support business and student service functions.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Learn Salesforce fundamentals and CRM best practices
- Build and update reports and dashboards
- Assist with data validation, testing, and documentation
- Support system users with troubleshooting and request tracking
- Participate in Agile project support for ongoing enhancement work
