Vanguard Dynamics is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Sales representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, developing professional communication skills, and building a career in sales.


As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will represent our clients through professional, face-to-face customer interactions in retail and other in-person environments. You will introduce customers to products and services, answer questions, identify customer needs, and assist with the sales process.


No previous sales experience is required. Paid training, coaching, and ongoing professional development are provided to help you build the skills needed to succeed.


Responsibilities

  • Represent client brands through professional, face-to-face customer interactions.
  • Engage with customers in retail and other assigned locations.
  • Introduce and explain products and services based on customer needs.
  • Ask questions to understand customer interests and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Assist customers throughout the sales process.
