Entry Level Sales Representative | Full-Time | In-Person | Paid Training



Competitive, motivated, and ready to build real-world sales experience?

We’re growing our Salt Lake City sales team and looking for driven people who enjoy meeting new people, setting goals, and challenging themselves. If you’re looking for a role where your effort can directly impact your earnings and growth, this could be a great fit.


No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on experience, and ongoing coaching to help you learn the role and become confident working with business customers.


What You'll Do:

  • Meet face-to-face with small and medium-sized business owners
  • Learn about their business needs and present available products and services
  • Build professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Follow up with prospective customers
  • Work toward individual and team sales goals
  • Participate in ongoing sales and professional development

Compensation:

  • Paid initial training
  • Commission-based compensation following training
  • Uncapped earning opportunity
  • Representatives entering the role without prior experience typically earn approximately $800–$1,200 per week based on current representative performance
