The Job
We are currently seeking an entry-level Sales & Account Coordinator to join a growing team and support both new business development and existing customer relationships. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and working toward goals but don't necessarily have previous professional sales experience.
In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across sales, account management, customer service, and business development. You'll connect with prospective customers, support existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and learn how strong customer relationships contribute to business growth. Training is provided, making this a great starting point for someone interested in building a long-term career in sales or account management.
What You Will Be Doing as a Sales & Account Coordinator:
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, and other outreach
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and connect with potential customers
  • Support existing customer accounts by answering questions, following up on requests, and maintaining strong relationships
  • Learn about customer needs and identify products or services that may be a good fit
  • Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to help move prospective customers through the sales process
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and strengthen customer partnerships
  • Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and account notes within internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs and expectations are met
  • Assist with quotes, proposals, presentations, and other sales materials as needed
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
