The Opportunity
As an AIT AI Developer Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, focusing on developing software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

- Implementing API management and microservices for seamless enterprise application integration
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain coding standards and software reliability
- Collaborating with clients to analyze business requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex software engineering challenges
- Leveraging programming languages such as Kotlin, Rust, and SwiftUI for application development
- Engaging in business process improvement and requirements management to optimize software solutions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
