Candidate MUST be located in the Overland Park, KS or Kansas City Metro area. 


We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and possess strong problem-solving skills. This role is perfect for someone who is experienced and passionate about writing clean, maintainable code and thrives in a collaborative environment. If you are a motivated Ruby on Rails Developer who is ready to contribute to exciting projects and be part of a forward-thinking team, we encourage you to apply. 


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Write well-documented, scalable, and efficient code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring software runs smoothly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of our codebase and processes.


What You Bring to the Team: 

  • A proven track record of efficient database schema design and query optimization.
  • Strong experience with Ruby, Rails, and Rspec.

  • A passion for clean code, good software architecture, and staying updated with the latest tech trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an insatiable desire to learn and grow.
