Robotics Integration Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a Robotics Integration Engineer to lead the integration and commissioning of robotic and automated systems within manufacturing and distribution environments. This role is responsible for ensuring that robotics, controls, and peripheral equipment function seamlessly as a complete operational system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate robotic systems with PLCs, HMIs, vision systems, conveyors, and other automation equipment.
  • Perform system commissioning, startup, testing, and validation activities.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues involving hardware, controls, communications, and automation systems.
  • Verify system functionality against project requirements and operational specifications.
  • Coordinate with customers, project managers, and engineering teams during deployment activities.
  • Support factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT).
  • Document system configurations, test results, and commissioning procedures.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and system optimization recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with industrial robotics and automation integration projects.
  • Knowledge of PLCs, industrial communication protocols, and control systems.
  • Familiarity with robotic platforms, vision systems, and material handling equipment.
