Huntington-Hill Imaging Center (managed by California Medical Business Services, LLC) is dedicated to improving medical practices through innovative technologies, strategic partnerships, and years of industry experience. Our efforts are focused on providing high-quality patient care in Radiology. Our team consists of Board-Certified Radiologists, Medical Administrators, Technologists, Billing and Scheduling staff, and Patient Support staff.
 
We are currently seeking a UiPath Developer to provide support to the business intelligence team. This full-time position will have a 40-hour/week day-shift schedule and is located at our Business office in Arcadia (hybrid 2-3 days/week). 
 
Pay Range: $36.00/hour - $53.00/hour  
Classification: non-exempt
 
The UiPath Developer designs, builds, and supports business process automations that improve efficiency and reliability across the organization. This role focuses primarily on front-end RPA development using UiPath, with supporting backend automation in Python. The UiPath Developer will work closely with the Automation & Analytics team and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, production-ready automation solutions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (This list may not include all of the duties assigned)
  • Design, develop, and maintain UiPath RPA workflows for operational and administrative processes.
  • Automate user-driven workflows involving desktop applications, web portals, file systems, and network drives.
  • Work with existing automation standards, documentation, and development best practices.
  • Troubleshoot automation failures and support production workflows.
  • Assist with Python-based backend automations (file processing, data transformations, integrations, scheduled jobs). Serves as a backup when needed.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve automation failures in production environments.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze processes and translate requirements into automation solutions.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation and operational handoffs.
  • Open to learning new concepts to build scripts.
  • Ability to research, learn, and apply new automation approaches (UiPath activities, Python libraries, scripting tools) to solve evolving business needs.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned within your professional scope of practice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
Required:
  • Two (2) years of college, technical school, or equivalent education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on automation experience.
  • UiPath Certified Automation Developer Professional or equivalent certification. Hands-on experience developing UiPath automations.
  • Understanding of RPA concepts, including selectors, queues, exception handling, and retries.
  • Ability to document solutions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
Preferred:
  • Basic to intermediate Python experience, including scripting for automation and file handling.
  • Experience with backend integrations, APIs, or scheduled automation jobs.
  • Familiarity with version control and automation lifecycle management.
