Job Description
You'll provide comprehensive nursing care for residents in a long-term care environment in Glasgow, Kentucky, supporting assessment, care planning, medication administration, health education, documentation, and interdisciplinary treatment planning. New graduates are welcome.
You'll apply your RN skills to assess residents, develop individualized nursing care plans, administer treatments and medications, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support residents in maintaining their health, independence, and quality of life through individualized, patient-centered care.

Work Schedule: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
  • Use the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation to deliver individualized resident care.
  • Provide care, counseling, health teaching, medication administration, and treatment support for ill, injured, or infirm residents.
  • Promote health maintenance, illness prevention, and emergency response when required.
  • Supervise, teach, and delegate nursing care activities while serving on treatment teams.
  • Perform nursing assessments on new admissions and document essential entries accurately.
  • Coordinate laboratory testing, treatments, family education, and required documentation while following established facility policies and procedures.
