Staff Development Registered Nurse (RN) - Evergreen Post Acute Rehab

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Staff Development Registered Nurse (RN) at Evergreen Post Acute Rehab in Smyrna, Delaware. As a Staff Development RN, you will be responsible for providing education and training to our staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a liaison between the facility and community education resources to ensure that our staff receives the education and training necessary to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with the DON/ADON to provide education related to quality assurance data conversion and evaluation, and to inform staff of facility QA needs and programs to improve resident care.
  • Analyze and evaluate nursing care of employees during probationary period to assure the standards of nursing practice are of the highest quality.
  • Supervise, train, and orient all staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement educational programs and materials to support staff development and resident care.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license active to practice in Delaware
  • Experience as a RN Staff Development/Educator or a similar role
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
