  • POSITION SUMMARY

    Provides safe therapeutic care for the progressive care patient in a holistic and systematic way. Incorporates differences into the provision of care. Integrates knowledge, skills, and experiences to meet the needs of patients and families throughout the continuum to include patient and family education. Utilizes standards, guidelines, protocols, or pathways for care delivery. Incorporates data and information to continuously improve care and practice to enhance outcomes. Administers medications according to standard nursing practice. Ensures improvements in practice settings by assuming responsibility for self-development.

  • 13 week contract
  • No benefits
  • Expectation to work every other weekend and 7 shifts per pay period (3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the next week)
  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum Education

      Graduate of a school of nursing

      Active Alabama Board of Nursing License BLS obtained within 90 days of hire ACLS obtained within 12 months of hire
