BayCare Health System is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN)to join the Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Unit at Bartow Regional Medical Center.

Position Summary
The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care in a hospital setting, utilizing the nursing process and established clinical standards. The RN independently manages patient care, collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team, and ensures safe, high-quality outcomes for patients on the Medical/Surgical/Telemetry unit.
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and update plans of care
  • Delegate appropriate patient care activities to other healthcare team members
  • Identify patient safety risks related to diagnosis, medications, procedures, and age
  • Maintain professional accountability and support ongoing professional development
