Registered Nurse (RN) Cardiac Cath Lab Full Time Days - Dallas, Texas$10K Sign On Bonus 1st PaycheckSalary: Up to $57.88/hr DOE plus $3.50 - $4.50/hr differentials
 Full Time Schedule: 4 Days M - F 7am - 5:30pm 10 hour shift with rotating day offOn Call required - must live within 30 min drive

High paced procedure unit with 4 Cath Labs, 2 EP Labs and 26 recovery beds completing 225 Cath Lab procedures per month including Cardiogenic Shock, STEMI, PVD & Structural Heart (TAVR, Mitral Clips, Watchman).

Requirements: 

  • Diploma of Nursing OR Associate degree in Nursing (ADN)  

  • Current RN licensure or compact licensure from Texas Board of Nursing or comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency 

  • 1 Year Experience as a clinical nurse (RN)

  • 1 Year current experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab RN preferred
    BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support)

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

  • IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump) Certification preferred 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures including angiograms, angioplasty, stenting, TAVR, and other structural heart cases

  • Monitor and document patient vital signs and procedural data during cases

  • Administer medications and manage sedation under procedural protocols

  • Prepare and maintain sterile field and cath lab equipment

  • Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care and education

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe and efficient patient care

  • Respond promptly to emergencies including code STEMI and cardiogenic shock cases

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
