Entry-level registered nurses with an ADN typically earn a starting salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on location, healthcare facility, and shift differentials. There's a special kind of rhythm to perinatal care-a combination of precise clinical expertise and profound emotional presence. As a Registered Nurse in Perinatal Services near Denver, Colorado, you'll be at the center of that rhythm. Here, every night brings new beginnings, and every shift is an opportunity to impact lives in ways that echo for generations.
In this role, you'll join a tight-knit team of nurses and OB/GYN professionals committed to providing patient-centered care with compassion and clinical excellence. You'll support birthing families through every step-labor, delivery, and post-partum-delivering not only skilled care, but comfort, confidence, and strength. This is more than just a job-it's a calling to serve families at one of life's most vulnerable and awe-inspiring moments.
You'll work 12-hour night shifts and benefit from shift differentials that can add up to $6/hour. But more than just the compensation, you'll find meaning and belonging here.
Responsibilities:
  • Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for laboring and postpartum patients.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support best-in-class perinatal outcomes.
  • Deliver individualized patient education and emotional support to new parents and families.
  • Monitor fetal heart rates and interpret results using Fetal Heart Monitoring standards.
  • Maintain accurate charting and ensure compliance with NRP, STABLE, and BLS/ACLS protocols.
  • Participate in continuing education, safety training, and unit-wide quality improvement.
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Active Colorado RN license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • BLS certification (can be obtained upon hire)
  • NRP Advanced Provider certification
  • Fetal Heart Monitoring (Intermediate)
  • STABLE Learner certification
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Perinatal RN
Preferred:
  • BSN or MSN
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Familiarity with EPIC EHR
Benefits & Perks:
  • Healthcare plans starting at just $42/month
  • 50% discount on all services for you and your family
  • 100% coverage on preventative care
  • Up to 22 days PTO in your first year-with rollover
  • Robust paid family and medical leave-up to 6 weeks at full pay
  • 457b automatic enrollment + 50% match into 401a
  • Additional 7.5% contribution to a Cash Balance Pension Plan (no Social Security deduction!)
  • Tuition assistance, continuing education stipends, and student loan support
  • Housing assistance and relocation resources
  • Discounted ski passes, carpool rewards, and community-based wellness programs
  • A workplace culture rooted in empathy, laughter, and exceptional care
