● Work at heights using lifts, cranes, and rigging to assemble and secure sign structures

● Operate hand tools, welders, and power equipment safely and efficiently

● Assist with framing, painting, and structural assembly for reimaging projects

● Read and interpret installation drawings and site plans

● Collaborate with team members to complete installations on schedule

● Travel regionally to job sites (primarily within Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan)

Experience Tiers & Pay Levels

Tier 1 (Entry-Level: $20–$24/hr)

● No sign experience required—must be dependable and eager to learn

● Comfortable working outdoors and at heights

● Physically capable and motivated to grow with the company

Tier 2 (Skilled Installer: $25–$29/hr)

● Some experience with sign installation, electrical work, or canopy construction

● Basic knowledge of wiring, rigging, and metal assembly

● Comfortable operating lifts and performing installation work at heights

Tier 3 (Experienced Installer: $30–$34/hr)

● Proficient in all phases of sign and canopy installation

● Capable of working independently or leading small crews on-site

● Familiar with electrical hookups, framing, painting, and troubleshooting

Tier 4 (Lead Installer / Foreman: $34+/hr)

● Experienced leader who can manage installation crews start-to-finish

● Strong understanding of electrical, structural, and safety procedures

● Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate projects with management

What You Bring

● Strong mechanical aptitude and construction experience

● Ability to travel regionally and work outdoors in all conditions

● Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork and safety

● Desire for long-term growth within a stable, expanding company

● Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
