Desktop Support  - 2nd shift - Work hours are Monday to Friday, 2:30pm to 11pm.

Candidate must work onsite in Olive Branch, MS.

Candidate must have a cell phone for receiving calls from Desktop lead or Manager regarding high priority tickets.

A TEKsystems client in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Desktop Support Technician resource to assist in the support of PC’s, Printer’s and RF devices used by Global Logistics associates.

Support can consist of; day to day trouble calls or user requests, supporting on-going projects related to these types of devices and routine device maintenance / upkeep. The potential candidate must be reasonably adept in troubleshooting problems with some or all these types of devices, communicating and follow-up with end users of various levels within the organization, along with providing excellent customer service. 

-Microsoft Office 365/Windows 11

-Laser Jet Printers

-Supporting Zebra Label Printers

-RF (Radio Frequency) Devices (this candidate needs experience with Wireless Network Connectivity)

-Candidate will be troubleshooting the following: Outlook / Microsoft Office / Word / Excel

-This candidate will need basic Networking skills in order to effectively communicate with the Network Engineer

Pay and Benefits
