What You’ll Do

This role offers an opportunity for hands-on learning in building technology and life safety topics with exposure to the design decision-making process within a collaborative studio environment. Working closely with experienced designers and architects, you will support project teams in the development of design, bid, and construction documents; produce accurate drawings and models using Revit and AutoCAD; and assist with design development and building material research. Through this work, you will build technical skills, expand your design knowledge, and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture at Aria Group.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
  • 1–3 years of experience in an architectural or design firm.
  • Strong interest in technical development and architectural documentation
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, SketchUp, Enscape, and Microsoft Office is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for the Architectural Designer position is $54,000 – $68,000, based on experience, education, and qualifications.
