Lawn Maintenance Crew Member (Entry-Level)

Pay: Starting at $19.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

We're looking for dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining beautiful properties. Whether you have professional mowing experience or are looking to grow your skills with hands-on training, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing company.
What You'll Do:
  • Operate commercial mowers and lawn maintenance equipment.
  • Mow residential and commercial properties with attention to quality and detail.
  • Trim, edge, and clean up properties after mowing.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
  • Follow safety procedures while working around equipment and job sites.
  • Work efficiently with your crew to complete daily routes.
