Integrity FEX is seeking motivated individuals who are looking to build a career helping families protect their financial future through life insurance and related insurance products.

No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training, guidance through the licensing process (if needed), and ongoing coaching to help new agents develop their knowledge and professional skills.

As an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative, you will:

• Meet with prospective clients remotely by phone or video
• Learn to identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Educate families on life insurance and financial protection options
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Participate in training sessions, coaching, and professional development
• Maintain accurate records using company systems
• Build long-term relationships through excellent customer service

A state Life and Health Insurance License is required before selling insurance products.

Candidates who are not currently licensed may apply. Qualified candidates must be willing to obtain the required license before beginning insurance sales activities. Integrity FEX provides guidance throughout the licensing process.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.

Compensation is commission-based. Earnings vary based on individual production, activity level, product mix, market conditions, and other business factors. No salary or hourly wage is provided.
