Role: Scrum Master

Experience: - Min10+Years

Location: - Remote USA

As a Scrum Master you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .

Responsibilities:

Scrum Master with experience leading Agile delivery teams.

Supporting healthcare data and integration initiatives.

Skilled in Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, dependency tracking, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, release planning, and impediment removal.

Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills with experience

Coordinating cross-functional teams across business, engineering, architecture, QA, and vendor partners

Experience working with Teams using COBOL/Mainframe development REQUIRED


 

Educational Qualifications: -

  • Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

· Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
