• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique mental health concerns, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities aligned with the specific needs of clients.
• Deliver timely crisis intervention and therapeutic support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring they receive appropriate care and resources immediately.
• Maintain precise and secure client records that adhere to ethical guidelines and legal regulations, including detailed treatment plans, session notes, and evaluation results.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, making sure to communicate and coordinate care plans effectively to enhance client outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies, while advocating for their needs within the healthcare system.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending training, workshops, and seminars, to stay current with advancements in mental health therapy.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling with various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will be tasked with understanding cultural and demographic factors that influence mental health and tailoring your approach accordingly to promote inclusiveness and effective care.

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic competencies are essential for effective client engagement.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team framework.

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinical setting is preferred, but exemplary candidates may be considered for entry-level positions.
