We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Hotel Coordinator to support our travel planning team. In this role, you will assist with researching hotel accommodations, coordinating reservations, and helping clients select the best lodging options for their trips. Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and compare hotel options based on client preferences and budgets
  • Prepare and organize quotes, confirmations, and itinerary details
