Compensation

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
โ€ข Serve as lead counsel on your personal injury docket
โ€ข Develop a case strategy with meaningful autonomy and team support
โ€ข Conduct new client consultations with clarity and compassion
โ€ข Move cases forward with urgency, ownership, and a results-driven mindset
โ€ข Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery, and correspondence
โ€ข Argue motions and represent clients in court
โ€ข Delegate effectively while retaining full responsibility for outcomes
โ€ข Resolve settlements and verdicts, including liens and disbursements
โ€ข Collaborate with teammates, share wins, and support others
โ€ข Identify issues and implement solutions proactively
Qualifications
Required
โ€ข Based in or near Austin, TX
โ€ข J.D. from an accredited law school
โ€ข Active Texas Bar License
โ€ข 2+ years of personal injury experience
โ€ข Ability to manage a heavy, fast-moving caseload
โ€ข Strong research, writing, communication, and courtroom skills
โ€ข Proficiency with Dropbox, Slack, case management systems, and AI tools
โ€ข Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
