• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately understand clients' mental health challenges, and formulate clinical diagnoses that guide treatment planning.
• Deliver tailored therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients during acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and the appropriate continuity of care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to deliver holistic care that meets the diverse needs of clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and available community resources, advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of current best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
