Entry-Level Remote Sales Associate – Work From Home

Are you looking to start a remote sales career with real earning potential, structured training, and long-term growth opportunities?

We are hiring motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Remote Sales Associates. This is a performance-based role designed for individuals who are ready to learn a proven system and grow in a supportive remote environment.

No prior sales experience is required. We provide full training, mentorship, and a step-by-step process to help you succeed.

In this role, you will connect with individuals who have already requested information about benefit options and guide them through a structured consultation and enrollment process.


What You’ll Do

  • Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients via Zoom
  • Present clear and simple explanations of available benefit options
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-up details
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
  • Provide a professional and positive client experience
