• Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish individualized treatment plans aligned with clients' specific mental health needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient records.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on client care and integrate diverse perspectives into treatment strategies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in workshops to stay current with evolving mental health practices and research findings.

In this position, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Providing culturally sensitive care is paramount, as you will collaborate with clients from different backgrounds while understanding their unique experiences and perspectives.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, preferably in a community or outpatient setting.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to ethical guidelines and legal standards in mental health care.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) software and telehealth platforms.
