AO Globe Life is seeking an Entry-Level Remote Benefits Specialist to join our Client Services and Sales Team. This fully remote position is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, administration, education, healthcare, or call center environments.


No prior insurance or employee benefits experience is required. Paid training, ongoing mentorship, and professional development are provided.


The Remote Benefits Specialist will meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments, explain supplemental benefit options, assess client needs, and assist clients with the online enrollment process. Company-provided leads are available, and the position does not require cold calling or door-to-door sales.


Key Responsibilities


Conduct scheduled virtual appointments with clients.


Assess client needs and recommend appropriate supplemental benefit plans.


Explain insurance coverage options, benefits, and enrollment processes clearly and accurately.


Guide clients through the online benefits enrollment process.


Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the client experience.
