• Conduct thorough and detailed assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and devise tailored treatment plans that align with best practices.
• Provide various therapeutic services, including individual therapy, group sessions, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Offer timely crisis intervention and support, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate care strategies for clients in acute distress.
• Ensure careful documentation and management of client records, maintaining compliance with ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to deliver holistic care and create a continuum of support for clients.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources, advocating effectively for their rights and needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of emerging trends, research, and methodologies in mental health therapy.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. • A valid mental health practitioner license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
