  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions that draw upon evidence-based practices and align with clients' therapeutic goals.
  • Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches as appropriate.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring they receive the appropriate support and resources.
  • Maintain organized and confidential documentation of client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams that may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, potential treatment paths, and community resources, empowering them to take active roles in their mental health journeys.
