Responsibilities

Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand client needs and identify coverage opportunities.


Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, and bundled policies with confidence and urgency.


Handle a high level of daily activity including calls, texts, and follow up to drive consistent results.


Build and manage your pipeline by working provided leads and generating your own opportunities through prospecting.


Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM systems including AgencyZoom and Lead Manager.


Provide a high level of customer experience while guiding clients through coverage options and decisions.


Stay connected with the team through daily communication, training, and coaching sessions.


Stay up to date on product knowledge, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.


Consistently meet and exceed daily activity goals and monthly sales targets.


Requirements

Active Property and Casualty insurance license required


Previous insurance sales experience required. Remote sales experience strongly preferred


Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a high activity environment


Ability to handle daily call volume, quoting, and follow up without constant supervision


Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and close business quickly over the phone


Comfortable working in a fast paced, goal driven, remote environment


Self motivated, disciplined, and accountable to daily activity expectations


Experience using CRM systems and sales tools such as AgencyZoom, Lead Manager, or similar platforms
