Your job is simple:

Listen. Educate. Recommend. Help.

You'll speak with clients, understand their needs, explain available coverage, and guide them through the enrollment process.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Speak directly with individuals and families who requested benefit information
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Explain coverage clearly and answer questions with confidence
• Guide clients through the enrollment process
• Build trust through professional communication and follow-up
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from the first conversation to enrollment
