• Directly engage with clients experiencing major mental illnesses and significant emotional disorders through virtual platforms, assessing needs and determining appropriate interventions.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve service targets and enhance client outcomes, ensuring all team members contribute effectively.
• Embrace and celebrate diversity, engaging with clients and colleagues from various cultures and backgrounds with respect and understanding.
• Comply with the organizational framework and external system structures to optimize client services, enhance operational efficiencies, and maintain ethical standards.
• Maintain adherence to professional ethical guidelines and the codes of conduct established by the organization while working toward the continuous improvement of clinical practices.
• Develop individualized care plans that integrate services for clients, involving family members and other providers to ensure comprehensive support.
• Facilitate brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments, ensuring appropriate referrals for more extensive evaluations as needed.
• Provide a variety of focused prevention and treatment services, including crisis intervention, individual therapy, and group sessions, fostering recovery and resilience.
• Carry a manageable caseload, ensuring that assessments and therapy sessions address client-specific needs and present concerns effectively.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring compliance with treatment recommendations, discharge criteria, and reporting protocols.
• Participate in on-call duties as assigned to provide timely support for client emergencies.
• Engage in agency committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and improving overall quality of care, contributing your expertise to organizational growth.

Your primary focus will be on servicing clients who are part of marginalized communities in San Bernardino and surrounding areas. These individuals often face complex mental health challenges exacerbated by social determinants such as economic instability, lack of access to care, and stigma around mental health issues. Your role will require empathy, cultural competence, and innovative solutions tailored to support these clients on their paths to wellness.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is a must.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is required.
• Expertise in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, along with proficient crisis management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively document client interactions and collaborate with team members.
• Organizational skills to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with various age groups and clinical specialties relevant to diverse populations.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, providing a strong foundation to support our client needs.
• Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are preferred to enhance communication with a wider audience.
