Description

At LRA Insurance, we're a dynamic and forward-thinking agency committed to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions. We recognize that the backbone of our success is a team that balances technical accuracy with a human touch. We are looking for a quick learner who can master complex data while serving as a professional voice for our clients.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Insurance Associate to join our Orlando team. This is a high-impact role that combines meticulous data entry with direct client interaction. You will be the engine of our daily operations-processing vital policy information while ensuring our clients feel supported and understood.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Data Integrity: Execute high-volume data entry, including processing applications, endorsements, and renewals with 100% accuracy.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing clear, professional, and empathetic service via phone and email.
  • Technical Support: Assist agents and brokers in servicing accounts by managing documentation and ensuring a seamless workflow.
  • Policy Education: Quickly learn and explain various insurance products, coverage options, and policy terms to clients.
  • Problem Solving: Navigate client questions regarding billing, documentation, and basic policy structures.
  • Compliance: Maintain organized digital and physical files in accordance with industry regulations and agency standards.

Requirements

  • License: 2-15 license held, or the ability to obtain one quickly (enabling future remote flexibility).
  • Experience: Previous Customer Service experience is required. You must be comfortable and professional while speaking with clients.
  • Insurance Literacy: A foundational understanding of insurance concepts (e.g., deductibles, premiums, and limits) is highly preferred.
  • Learning Agility: A "quick learner" mindset; ability to rapidly absorb new software systems and evolving industry regulations.
  • Detail Oriented: Exceptional accuracy in data entry; you're the type of person who catches the typo everyone else missed.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to adapt to agency management systems.
