• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, establishing clinical diagnoses to inform personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to clients' unique needs and objectives.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and provide immediate support to clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and continuous care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, adhering to the highest ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and a holistic approach to mental health treatment.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and available community resources, promoting resource utilization and advocacy for their needs.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, therapy techniques, and best practices through ongoing professional development, training, and participation in workshops.

You will work with a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be instrumental in providing culturally competent care and addressing the unique needs of each client, ensuring that they feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) within the state of New York, ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnostic skills, and therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
