This LCSW position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while still ensuring that you are an integral part of our dynamic team. • Provide direct clinical services to clients, including assessment, individual counseling, group therapy, and family interventions tailored to those with major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to promote shared goals and strategies, ensuring comprehensive care delivery.
• Conduct thorough, evidence-based screenings and assessments, deciding when further evaluation is necessary, to ensure appropriate service delivery.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans, collaborating with clients, family members, and other healthcare providers to ensure access to necessary services.
• Facilitate a variety of focused prevention and recovery services, providing clients with essential tools for coping and empowerment.
• Carry a manageable caseload, ensuring each client receives dedicated attention and that their specific treatment needs are met.
• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, ensuring adherence to admission, continued stay, and discharge criteria.
• Be available for on-call duties during and after program hours as assigned, to support clients in crisis situations directly.
• Assist in collecting and reporting data for compliance and quality improvement purposes, ensuring timely completions of required documentation.
• Actively engage in safety protocols, reporting unsafe situations and contributing to a safe environment for both clients and staff.

The primary focus of this role is supporting clients undergoing detoxification and treatment for severe mental health challenges. You will be working with individuals grappling with addiction and mental illness, offering tailored interventions that address their unique circumstances, cultural backgrounds, and personal challenges. The position requires a high degree of empathy, understanding, and cultural competency to effectively engage with a diverse clientele.

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field.
• A valid Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant clinical experience, particularly within a mental health or detox setting.
• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment methods, and ethical practices in counseling.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for effective documentation and team collaboration.

• Exposure to multidisciplinary team environments is highly desirable.
• Experience working with under-resourced populations and understanding systemic barriers to care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to streamline documentation and patient tracking processes.
• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills and experience managing high-stress situations effectively.
