Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical services to clients, including assessment, individual counseling, group therapy, and family interventions tailored to those with major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to promote shared goals and strategies, ensuring comprehensive care delivery.
  • Conduct thorough, evidence-based screenings and assessments, deciding when further evaluation is necessary, to ensure appropriate service delivery.
  • Develop and implement integrated care plans, collaborating with clients, family members, and other healthcare providers to ensure access to necessary services.
  • Facilitate a variety of focused prevention and recovery services, providing clients with essential tools for coping and empowerment.
  • Carry a manageable caseload, ensuring each client receives dedicated attention and that their specific treatment needs are met.
  • Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, ensuring adherence to admission, continued stay, and discharge criteria.
  • Be available for on-call duties during and after program hours as assigned, to support clients in crisis situations directly.
  • Assist in collecting and reporting data for compliance and quality improvement purposes, ensuring timely completions of required documentation.
  • Actively engage in safety protocols, reporting unsafe situations and contributing to a safe environment for both clients and staff.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is supporting clients undergoing detoxification and treatment for severe mental health challenges.
