The successful candidate will be responsible for exceptional communication with clients, accurate reporting, and high-level support to teams, ensuring seamless client experiences and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual appointments via phone or zoom to assist members.
  • Address questions about benefit programs, application processes, and available coverage.
