Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate comprehensive crisis management strategies by creating pre-crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.
  • Document all patient interactions and treatment progress promptly to comply with regulatory standards, utilizing integrated software for tracking and assessment.
  • Engage with multi-disciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans that align with best practices in mental health care.
  • Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our facility meets all mandated requirements.
  • Serve as a bridge to state agencies, community partners, and additional service systems to enhance patient support and resource accessibility.
