A Medical Consultation company is looking for ENTRY-LEVEL full-time Administrative Assistant.  This is a remote position. 
 
Job Duties:
Communicate professionally on phone, email or fax with clients, medical facilities, employees and higher ups. 
Schedule patient appointments. 
Enter various data in the office computer system. 
Request and collect medical reports from medical offices.
Electronically filing of patient files.
Other small projects as requested.
 
Knowledge and Skills: 
Very good communication skills. 
Be organized and finish a number of tasks on a daily basis. 
Good computer (Excel, Word, Dropbox) and telephone skills. 
Able to multitask is a must.
Multilingual in Spanish is a plus.
 
Educational Qualification and Experience: 
A high school diploma is sufficient, however, graduates with associate or higher degrees are preferred. High school diploma holders must have some office admin experience. 
Added qualification in computers or business could lead to faster career growth.
