Responsibilities
The Power Platform Cybersecurity Analyst - (Remote Philadelphia metro) supports Navy cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework (RMF) initiatives by developing and maintaining data-driven solutions, dashboards, reports, and technical documentation. This position leverages Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, to track cybersecurity compliance, automate business processes, and provide actionable insights to program leadership and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and metrics for cybersecurity programs.
  • Administer and improve Dataverse databases and Power Platform applications, including the Cyber Health Assessment Tool Suite (CHATS).
  • Design and support Power Automate workflows to streamline processes and provide automated notifications.
  • Track RMF and cybersecurity compliance activities, including eMASS package status, schedules, and milestones.
  • Gather requirements and implement solutions in collaboration with cybersecurity leaders, program managers, and technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
  • Support program management activities including reporting, issue tracking, meeting coordination, and schedule management.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, stakeholder meetings, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with user account administration, licensing, application support, and end-user training.

Qualifications
Education: Accredited Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience:
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Knowledge of RMF, cybersecurity compliance processes, and/or eMASS.
  • Experience creating technical documentation and executive-level reports a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting DoD or Navy cybersecurity programs.
  • Familiarity with Flank Speed, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
  • Experience working in Agile project teams.

Minimum Certification Requirement includes one of the following: CGRC, SecurityX, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO, CCNA/CCNP Security, CySA+, GICSP, CND, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP, CISA, GCED, or GCIH
Security Clearance: Requires U.S. Citizenship and an active government security clearance. Must be eligible to handle NOFORN and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
