Entry Level Recruiter (Remote, Bilingual)

The pay range for this position is $18-21 per hour plus commission on eligible hires. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Efficiently review candidate resumes to identify the most qualified individuals to move forward.
  • Conduct or watch initial phone screen or video interviews with candidates.
  • Contact candidates through an application tracking system (ATS) or through direct sourcing.
  • Conduct interviews, make offers, and coordinate / schedule candidates for training classes.
  • Communicate progress and coordinate changes with clients and candidates.
  • Manage candidates, candidate flow, and workload through Source2’s and the client’s ATS
  • Highly motivated to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting goals using effective time management skills

Who you are:

  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to partner directly with hiring managers and HR stakeholders
  • Strong digital literacy, with the ability to quickly learn and confidently use new technologies and tools
  • Ability to take initiative, ownership, and start work without direction.
  • Customer-service focused and passionate about making connections.
