Whether you're a newly licensed agent looking for a strong start, an experienced locator ready to scale, or a sales professional breaking into real estate, this role was built for you.

This opportunity is designed for agents who enjoy working with renters, are comfortable communicating quickly, and want a flexible way to generate commission income through apartment placements.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with renters who are actively searching for apartments. This includes understanding their budget, location, move date, lifestyle preferences, and must-haves, then helping them identify communities that match.

You'll also communicate with apartment properties, track client progress, follow up consistently, and make sure each client is properly supported through the leasing process.

This is a remote, commission-based role with flexible hours, but it requires strong follow-through and consistent

What We Provide

The Dwelling Group provides support, training, and systems to help agents understand the apartment locating process, manage renter conversations, and stay organized from lead to lease.
