• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, determining appropriate clinical diagnoses based on established criteria.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client's aspirations and challenges.
• Offer individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring flexibility in your approach based on individual needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning strategies to ensure client safety.
• Document all client interactions accurately and maintain confidential records in accordance with HIPAA compliance, including treatment plans, progress notes, and diagnostic assessments.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and licensed social workers, to facilitate holistic care and comprehensive treatment outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available to them, acting as an advocate for their needs throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Remain committed to professional growth by participating in continuing education and attending workshops related to the latest advancements in mental health therapies.

Your practice will focus on a diverse array of clients, each bringing unique backgrounds and mental health challenges. From individuals coping with anxiety or depression to couples navigating relationship issues, you will provide tailored therapy that respects cultural and personal values, fostering a safe environment for healing.

• Must hold active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential for identifying client needs effectively.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting is necessary.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members in a remote setting.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards in all interactions.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous, although not required for entry-level candidates.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices is a strong plus.
• Additional certifications in therapeutic modalities or specialized training in areas such as trauma-informed care or addiction recovery are welcomed.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also provide a sign-on bonus, subject to terms.
