Anytime Fitness West Chester is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Duties include membership sales, cleaning the gym, posting on social media, and updating member accounts. You will receive on the job training
Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through outbound calling to promote products and services
  • Maintain knowledge of current membership rates, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Utilize computerized systems to process sales transactions and manage customer accounts effectively
  • Contact sales leads via phone, text, and email
  • Conduct informative tours of the gym for people looking to sign-up
  • Provide excellent client services by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Email marketing campaigns to current members, inactive members, and sales leads
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals
  • Create social media posts to help promote the gym and advertise promotions
  • Maintain a clean environment by cleaning and putting away equipment
