Job description

Job Title: ReceptionistJob Description
The Receptionist provides high-level administrative and front desk support by greeting and directing visitors, managing incoming calls, handling packages and mail, and performing a variety of clerical and office support tasks. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests and callers and helps ensure the smooth, professional operation of the office.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and warmly welcome visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or location in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer and route incoming calls using the telephone system or console switchboard, and provide accurate information to callers and guests.
  • Receive, log, and send packages and mail via couriers, ensuring items are handled and distributed correctly.
  • Maintain a visitor log and call record, and issue security passes or badges in accordance with office procedures.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, binding documents, and preparing mailers and other materials.
  • Manage the boardroom schedule, including booking meetings and ensuring the room and equipment are prepared and functioning properly.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the team as required, assisting with routine office tasks and projects.
  • Ensure information and records are kept organized and handled with appropriate confidentiality.

Pay and Benefits
