Your Role as a Groundskeeper

As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the exterior appearance and cleanliness of the community. This role supports resident satisfaction by ensuring outdoor spaces, common areas, and amenities are safe, attractive, and well cared for.

You will work closely with the maintenance and management teams to support overall property upkeep and community standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain lawns, landscaping, and outdoor areas through mowing, trimming, planting, watering, and weeding
  • Keep common areas, parking lots, walkways, and amenities clean and free of debris
  • Perform regular trash collection, sweeping, and pressure washing as needed
  • Conduct routine inspections of outdoor areas to identify safety hazards or maintenance concerns
  • Support seasonal maintenance activities, including snow removal and seasonal landscaping
  • Assist with preparing vacant apartments and common areas for readiness as needed
  • Maintain landscaping tools and equipment in safe, working condition
  • Support the maintenance team with additional tasks as assigned

Education

Experience & Requirements
