Job description

Real Estate Agent - High Commission Split, No Experience Required

Newly licensed or almost there? We have a spot on our team for someone who is ready to stop guessing and start building.

Most people who get into real estate never reach their potential because they start without structure, accountability, or anyone in their corner who actually knows how to help them grow. We fix that.

Why this team is different:

  • One of the highest commission splits in the industry — you keep more of every deal

  • Active producing agents coaching you on what is working right now in today's market

  • A daily system that tells you exactly what to do and keeps you moving forward

  • Part-time and full-time options that fit around your current schedule

  • A team culture where people hold each other accountable and celebrate each other's wins

What building your business looks like here:

  • Prospecting for buyers and sellers every day using methods that actually work

  • Following up consistently and converting conversations into booked appointments

  • Attending weekly coaching sessions that sharpen your approach and build your confidence

  • Moving clients through transactions from first contact all the way to the closing table

  • Tracking your activity so you always know exactly where your business stands

This is your opportunity if:

  • You have your license or are working toward it right now

  • You are done trying to figure this out on your own and ready for real direction

  • You enjoy people, communicate well, and want to build something that lasts

  • You are coachable, consistent, and serious about finally gaining real traction

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

High commission split. Part-time welcome. No prior experience required.

Apply now, and we will get back to you fast.

Compensation:

$125,000 - $195,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Engage actively in daily prospecting to connect with potential buyers and sellers, using proven methods that yield results.
  • Consistently follow up with leads to convert initial conversations into scheduled appointments, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine your sales techniques and boost your confidence in the real estate market.
  • Guide clients through every step of the transaction process, from initial contact to the closing table, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Track and analyze your sales activities regularly to maintain a clear understanding of your business progress and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, contributing to a supportive and accountable team culture.
  • Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant advice.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
  • Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
  • Familiarity with the Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News real estate market is advantageous, but not essential.
