As a Tax Innovation and Delivery Experience Software Engineering Associate, you will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative software solutions within our Tax practice. This role involves navigating the complexities of the global tax landscape, optimizing tax strategies, and driving compliance while maximizing business growth. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing software solutions using C#.NET and JavaScript to meet client requirements
- Collaborating with team members to design and refine software architecture and object-oriented design principles

- Engaging in active listening and accepting feedback to continuously improve software development processes

What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer and Information Science, Computer Programming, Computer Systems Analysis
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
