How You Will Nurture our Patients and Teammates:
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA. 
  • Collect and record data on an iPad on patient progress and behavior.    
  • Build rapport and establish a positive, therapeutic relationship with patients and their caregivers.   
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to review and update behavior intervention plans.    
  • Ensure that all interventions are applied consistently with ethical and professional standards while maintaining confidentiality with all PHI.  
  • Contribute as a positive team member- supporting the creation and maintenance of an inclusive clinic culture.   
What You Need to Have
  • Bachelor's degree in any field preferred for entry level BT roles. Psychology degree helpful. 
  • Experience as an RBT is great but NOT required.
  • Available Monday - Friday from 7:45am -4:30pm. 
  • Experience and a passion for working with children! Prior experience in the following areas has proven to be successful for RBTs: Childcare Provider, Nanny, Daycare Teacher, Teachers Assistant, SpEd Teacher, Special Education, Summer Camp Counselor, Swim Teacher, Coach, Mental Health Technician, Pediatric Therapist, Pediatric Nurse, ABA Therapist, Behavior Therapist, degree in Psychology. 
  • Willingness to go above and beyond for our teammates and patients by creating a sense of belonging and connection. 
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit on the floor for extended periods.   
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to move quickly in response to patient needs.
$30,000 - $50,000 a year
We believe in rewarding experience while creating opportunities for growth. Compensation is determined based on your experience in the ABA field, with the lower end of the range reflecting those newer to ABA through trainings which we will provide and the higher end reflecting seasoned professionals. As Bloomwell continues to grow, team members have opportunities for advancement and career development along their ABA journey quickly.
 
Please note, if you participate in the paid training to obtain the RBT certification, Bloomwell will have a separate training rate. 
Our compensation structure is guaranteed hours paid in an hourly rate.
