  • Find your purpose as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) making positive changes in the lives of individuals with autism today!
    We provide you with all the training you need to learn and grow in the world of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
    Responsibilities: As an RBT, you will work in a 1:1 behavioral therapy setting with your client. You will be providing ABA interventions that can build and improve upon your clients communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills. What this looks like in practice varies greatly, since behavioral therapy is so specific to an individual patient’s needs.
    The job duties RBTs perform every day include:
    Providing direct client care in one-on-one and group settings
    Following the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols
    Collecting and recording data based on client behavior
    Communicating with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress
    Assisting behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts with behavior reduction assessments and skills acquisition
    Assisting behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts in the preparation of client materials
    Requirements – Entry Level Experience: RBT Certificate required
    Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
    Healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)
    Education:  High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
    License: CPR/First Aid (Preferred, must be able to obtain), RBT certificate (required, must be able to obtai
