Position Overview - We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst/Client Service Coordinator to support our advisory team in delivering an exceptional client experience. This role sits at the intersection of client service, operations, and financial advising support - and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is eager to grow within the wealth management industry.


Key Responsibilities

Meeting Support & Documentation

Prepare materials for client meetings, including Orion reports and relevant account summaries.

Document meeting notes and action items, and ensure all follow-up tasks are tracked and completed on schedule.

Maintain and update client records in Wealthbox, ensuring notes, tasks, and review schedules remain current and compliant.

Tracking & Reporting

Manage and distribute daily cash runs and monitor fixed income maturity schedules.

Track annuity and life insurance policies, pull statements as needed, and maintain accurate records.

Build and maintain spreadsheets to support reporting, analysis, and advisor workflow.

Financial Planning Support

Input and update client financial data in eMoney to support advisors in planning and review preparation.

Assist Client Associates with service items and ad hoc projects as business needs arise.

Client Service & Communication

Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, including requests for tax documents, statements, and account information, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Cover incoming phone calls and direct client communication as needed, particularly when advisors are in meetings.

Assist with client onboarding, including gathering documentation and coordinating account setup.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred but not required.

1-3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related client-facing role preferred; recent graduates with strong internship experience will be considered.

Familiarity with industry platforms such as Orion, Wealthbox, and eMoney is a plus.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience building functional spreadsheets.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A team-first mindset with a willingness to step in wherever the team needs support.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, exempt position offering a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

Base salary of $45,000 - $55,000, commensurate with experience.
